This food-grade 316 Stainless steel filter machine is specially designed for clarification filtration of rice vinegar, soy sauce, rice wine and other fermented liquid products. Constructed entirely from 316 stainless steel, it features excellent corrosion resistance against organic acids and salt content in sauces and fermented drinks. It efficiently removes suspended solids, fine residues and impurities to improve liquid clarity, stability and shelf life.

The machine supports continuous filtration, easy disassembly for cleaning and CIP compatibility. It meets food hygiene requirements. Widely used in food fermentation workshops, sauce plants and rice wine production lines.

Description 

The basic principle of cross-flow membrane filtration:the liquid to be filtered is circulated at high speed in the filter membrane channels of a certain pore size through a circulation pump.Under the action of pressure, the filtrate is filtered out in a tangential manner;the unfiltered liquid forms turbulence due to high-speed movement,constantly flushing the surface of the membrane rod and taking away a small amount of solid matter attached to the membrane,thus preventing the clogging of the filter membrane.Maintain the normality and continuity of filtering.The unfiltered liquid is continuously circulated,and the solid concentration becomes larger and larger.When the concentration reaches a certain concentration,it is discharged,and finally the purpose of solid-liquid separation is achieved.
