PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Driven by the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed powerfully rotating rotor, the stainless-steel emulsifying tank throws materials radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor. Under the combined effects of centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, the materials are dispersed, mixed and emulsified.

The stainless-steel emulsifying tanks manufactured by our company feature compact structure, small footprint, light weight, simple operation, low noise and stable operation. Its most prominent advantage is that no grinding media is required during production. It integrates high-speed shearing, dispersion, homogenization, mixing and crushing in one unit.

In addition, the high-shear emulsifying tank is equipped with heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring functions. The tank body is fitted with feeding port, purified water outlet, discharge port, sampling port and other nozzles, to satisfy all conditions required for the emulsification process. Steam can be applied for sterilization and disinfection upon completion of emulsification. After high-temperature emulsification, open the discharge valve once the material is cooled if cooling is needed.
