ASME 3000L Stainless steel Daily Use Storage Tank

This 3000-liter vertical stainless-steel storage tank is fabricated from premium food-grade 304 stainless steel with mirror-polished surfaces and a fully-sealed structure. It is widely used for storing drinking water, food liquids, daily-use chemical raw materials and other hygienic liquids. The tank features stable construction, easy-to-clean property, corrosion resistance and long service life.

Stainless steel tanks are commonly used for water storage, liquid storage, milk storage, temporary material storage and more. They are widely applied in dairy, beverage, fruit juice, pharmaceutical, chemical and bio-engineering industries. It can be fabricated of single-layer, double-layer or three-layer stainless steel, with insulated jacket or not.

Single-layer tanks are widely used in beverage, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and processing sectors. They can serve as mixing tanks, buffer tanks and storage tanks and comply with sanitary cleaning requirements.

Structural features: Constructed of single-layer, double-layer or three-layer stainless steel. All materials are food-grade clean stainless steel. Human-oriented structural design ensures easy operation. Arc transitions are adopted for inner-wall joints of the tank to eliminate sanitary dead corners.

We supply single-layer and double-layer stainless steel tanks with capacities ranging from 50 L up to 100,000 L or even larger upon request.
